Delivery Options and Costs

Standard delivery
If your item is in stock, and depending upon the product, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 3 days. When we are busy it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by TNT, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. Please note that not all your items might not arrive at the same time, and you can check your delivery online to see your order status.

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

This service should take between 3 to 5 working days.

Priority Delivery
Again depending upon the itmes orderd, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 day. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Priority delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent Royal Mail first class or by TNT, and should arrive within 48 hours of us sending it.

Europe and Overseas Delivery
We can deliver to most European countries, please contact us for futher information.

* Please note that we are unable to offer free delivery on overseas orders (including Ireland, and Northern Ireland if over 2kg) - if in doubt, please call or email us.

In all cases, if it's going to be any longer than stated we'll let you know.

Delivery Costs
For all items, delivery costs vary depending on what you order, how much it weighs, and the service chosen.

Re-delivery
If you know you will be out, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received, as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £10.00 will be incurred.

Green Delivery Service?
Our aim is to keep the carbon footprint of our deliveries to as low as possible. Currently we send goods out using a mix of Royal Mail and TNT.

Royal Mail is still one of the greenest options for deliveries. Their environmental issues are at the top of their business agenda, have a clear environmental policy and targets for reducing CO2 emissions.

Whilst as a company TNT consistently top the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Index; for example 100% of TNT's electricity supply at their 70 UK locations comes from wind and hydro-electric power sources.
