30 Day Money Back Guarantee!
Everything we sell comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so if you're not happy with anything, and it's within 30 days of buying it - please get in touch with us and we can explain how to return an item to get your money back*. We do have an exception to the rule which is we can not return paint due to wrong colour selection, so please double check paint size and colour.
What to do after 30 Days
We believe in the things we sell and we want you to be happy with them too. So, outside of the 30 Day period, if they have failed you in any way, please contact us and we can discuss the options - most items come with a guarantee, or warranty - and we may either offer to exchange them, or give you your money back, depending on the problem.
How to return
When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name and contact details, and order number - a copy of the original invoice, and the original packaging would be good!
At the same time, please tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
If the item is faulty, and you need to send it back, we will cover the cost of second class post, for other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs, and for all returns, please retain a proof of posting, which you can get from the Post Office.
