Option A – Vision & Consultation Package
This is a simple and cost-effective service, designed for those who want to refresh a space or want new ideas for a room.
Includes:
- Conduct a ‘virtual’ site visit via Zoom and/or FaceTime and discuss
and review your wants and needs for the space - Put together a design concept in the form of a digital mood board,
including a basic room layout - Provide styling suggestions, together with a shopping list of suggested items to finish off the room, tailored to meet your budget requirements
- Allow for one re-submission (minor tweaks) should this be required
- Offer additional telephone and/or email support to assist the implementation of the design
£75 deposit (for initial consultation)
£345 (including deposit, i.e. remaining balance for payment £270)

Option B – Inspiration Package
A gentle way to start to unravel ideas to refresh and update your property. This is a great service for those who want to ensure their property is effectively presented to stand out in a competitive market and want to achieve the highest price possible, or for those who’s property has been stuck on the market and need to sell it quickly.
Offering you a full report, I will suggest lots of ideas to makeover the property and dress your home effectively in preparation for sale. It’s amazing how a fresh pair of eyes and some small changes can transform a space!
Includes:
- A ‘virtual’ site inspection of the entire property via Zoom and/or FaceTime
- Liaise with you to get a full understanding of the property and the clientele they are looking to attract
- Produce a detailed report containing ideas and recommendations, being mindful of the agreed budget that you wish to spend to undertake the work
- Offer additional telephone and/or email support to assist the implementation of the recommendations
- Staging and dressing for estate agent property images is also available
£75 deposit (for initial consultation)
£305 (including deposit, i.e. remaining balance for payment £230)
